Thats life....

Well, the caravan window was broken, a new one was going to cost a fortune. The insurance company didnt want to know, caravans are excluded from my household policy because the company offers separate caravan insurance!!!! The scrapyard wanted £100 to take the caravan in, plus another £50 if they had to come and get it!!!!! They would make a fortune from the scrapmetal and selling the fridge, oven good windows etc - cheeky buggers!!!!
The good news is that I advertised it on recycle.org and it was snapped up and has gone to a good home similar to ours in respect of one parent being disabled but they have 2 little children. I hope they get some good holidays out of it.

I have been after a certain piece of software for a little while but couldnt afford it. Decidely to cheekily write to them and offered them half price for it. The accepted. Yay - result!!!

I managed to finished my latest vid. I had trouble tracking down the music for it and when I finally did had to wait ages for the music to arrive. I must amazon is a brilliant source for unusual and hard to get stuff - shame that some of their sellers think that next day means next week!!

I hate this blog - it is so negative - but that is my life I guess. I suppose the negatives loom so large even though they are silly small stuff really in the bigger plan of things because my life is concentrated so much on my life, if you know what I mean. My life is concentrated around my 'den' and babysitting my missus, trips to the hospital and drs and cyberland!!!

But goodnews is - the new software will arrive today and then watch out for blockbusters!!

I will try to get round to blogging and commenting more often too - I love this blogland and my friends though I do miss nany Ogg - has anyone seen or heard from her lately? She has hardly been seen since someone put some nasty tags on her profile

Anyway it isnice to have the time and awakeness (lol) to write this - more to come later hopefully!

Its easy to get a bit negative when things like the Caravan happen - but hopefully it has gone to a good home. Funnily enough I scrapped an old car yesterday and though I got nothing for it, they didn't charge either.

Good luck with your videos. I use IMToo to produce trailers and small excerpts of films for YouTube. I love YouTube but think it could be so much better.

Hi Terry

Good news on the caravan and software though.

I know what you mean about the negative feel of blogs. I feel like that with mine sometimes, but if you use it to let off steam and to share your experiences with people who are not connected to your life and its ups and downs it may often be more negative than not.

But the good thing is people read it, share in your life and offer you support. Its your blog use it as you will. If you feel sometimes its too negative use the privacy button rather than public. I do that sometimes and if I come back a couple of days later and think its too negative I delete - but at least I've written it down and tried to get it out of my system.

  Thank you menomama - when there are so many lies and so much deceit from the powers to be, so much misery and grief caused by crime, and so much stress and upset caused by the greed of mankind, I try to be a positive voice that lifts people up and gives them a little smile. I guess thats difficult when there are few smiles in my own world, must try harder to find more for myself then I will have some to pass on

So sorry about the trailer, or caravan as you lot call it. Glad you found a buyer for it, tho'.

Don't worry about negative blogs--that's what they're for, for pity's sake!

Show me someone who has nothing negative ever happening in his or her life, and...hey, it's God...or a celebrity.

Anyway, sometimes it's all the little troubles that gives us gray hairs, ain't it? Hope you have a better day, tomorrow, and keep your chin up, big guy.
