That will include me as I spend an awful lot of time sitting around my home looking after my missus. Due to this I am overweight, I smoke to help me deal with the stress, and I am diabetic. I am not a deserving case for treatment.

Cameron can pay for looking after my missus! I will put her in a hospital/home and he can pay for 24 hour care for her whilst I enjoy my life. Getting back to work, having money to spend, meeting people and, basically, having a life. Suits me.
