I feel really good today.

I went to the gym this morning and did an hour and a half. 20 mins on the treadmill, an hour on various other bits of equipment and wound down with 10 mins on a bike - and I feel good - I knew that I would.

It has not only restored some sort of purpose to my existence but has restored some dignity and sense of achievement.

Anyway, I left the gym really knackered, but feeling good and am looking forward to tomorrow's session - more of the same!!

I dont want to over do it but wouldnt mind going back for an evening session too. :crazy:
